We are one of the few West Coast restaurants that actually carry the real deal "Belly-ON" Fried Ipswich Clams. They come straight from the Ipswich Shellfish Company-come in and I'll give you a free plastic clam bucket with the cool logo while they last. We also have cherrystone clams, a lobster roll and homemade New England Clam Chowder. What are your favorite dishes..we can make them for you. Baked stuffed lobster, Baked Haddock, Bay Scallops? Let me know below.

I was born in Massachusetts and spent summers on the cape. One bite of your fried clams brings me back to the Clambox ! A legendary fried clam shack. Never take them off your menu.

I was born in Williamstown Mass myself and spent summers on Cape Cod and on Mt. Desert Island in Maine. My first job was doing dishes and cooking "steamers" at Abel's Lobster Pound in Somesville Maine !

Well I was born and raised right here and loving my Dungness. But...traveling to the East Coast and tasting Maryland Blue Crab was like tasting a bit heaven! Also, during the early 70's my first crabcakes were in Historic Williamsburg at Christina's Tavern, stuffed with large pieces of Maryland Blue Crab. No other crabcake has compared since. Side note: Five yrs ago I returned to Wmsburg and had crab cakes at a new "Calif Style" resturant there. Same crab but they were dreadful! Please Jim, find Christina's receipe and I will wash dishes for a week! Also love the clams you bring in! Thank you so much!

Some friends of mine were visiting from Boston last week that I went to school with at Dartmouth. We had all taken a semester abroad and lived in the village of Blois France and met at Bluewater. We had all kinds of great stuff including crabcakes, our new Ponzu Scallop Sashimi (To die for), some Fried Clams and of course cherrystones. I had forgotten just how good cherrystones are ! But back to the scallops...if you have never tried a raw scallop this is a must ! Usually only served in Sushi bars we are now featuring these beauties and man they are good.

Our new Bluewater Grill in Tustin is now open. Our architect/designer Eddy Bitton did an incredible job on the design and our contractor CJ Torre did a great build-out. Our Construction Supervisor Bob Quivey and Richard Lynnde really put their heart and soul into the project.
