Ponzu Sashimi Scallops & South Coast Verdelho
Two ponzu sashimi scallops with wasabi aioli, wakame salad and pickled ginger paired with a glass of refreshing and vibrant South Coast Verdelho – a lean crisp structure that packs a cornucopia of fruit character.
Alaskan Halibut Polenta & South Coast Pinot Noir Santa Lucía Highlands
Alaskan Halibut on a Polenta cake with oyster mushrooms, spinach and a Romesco sauce paired with 2019 South Coast Pinot Noir Santa Lucía Highlands – cherry, raspberry, strawberry & allspice.
Lava Cake & Black Jack Port
Warm chocolate cake with a molten chocolate center served with vanilla ice cream and Black Jack Port – an opulent ripe berry fruit and nutty aromas, along with a warm silky finish.
