What's on the menu
To start, enjoy an Arugula & Edamame Salad with Wasabi Ranch. Your first course will be paired with a delightful Rose from Margerum, a Santa Barbara winery. Wine pairing in Temecula only will feature Raul Ramirez, Tempranillo, from Temecula.
The main course of Ahi Tuna is served blackened, Togarashi style with coconut ginger rice, string beans, miso butter and ponzu. Your entree will be paired with Oyster Bay Pinot Noir, from New Zealand.
