Tasting Event: Cajun & Creole Delight
Our Second Tuesday Tasting makes its Spring debut with a two-course dinner featuring Oyster Rockefeller, Shrimp Étouffé and Shrimp & Chicken Gumbo, with wine pairings, for an unforgettable evening at Bluewater Grill. This 2-course curated dinner is only $60 and starts at 5:30pm on Tuesday, April 11th.
What's on the menu
Enjoy a duo of Oyster Rockefeller & Shrimp Étouffé (French, for a popular cajun or creole technique of cooking, meaning “to smother”). This is paired with The Landing, Boathouse Chardonnay, from Bay of Islands, New Zealand.
Next is our Shrimp & Chicken Gumbo (notice a theme here?), paired with Antica, Atlas Peak NAPA Chardonnay. This two-course tasting is available by reservation only for only $60 per person (a $75 value). Wine aficionados will be pleased to know we’ll have experts on hand to guide you through your wine dinner experience.
