What's on the menu
To start, enjoy an Arugula and Avocado Salad tossed with vinaigrette. Your first course will be paired with Château d’Esclans, Whispering Angel, Provence.
Second course is served Togarashi style with coconut ginger rice, string beans, miso butter and ponzu. Your Ahi Tuna entrée will be paired with Acrobat, Pinot Gris, Oregon.
