Tasting Event: Nawlins’ Blackened Halibut

Join us for our Second Tuesday Tasting on May 9th as we pair our Grilled Spanish Octopus with our Nawlins’ Blackened Halibut. Each course is paired with wines for the occasion.

What's on the menu

To start, enjoy our Grilled Spanish Octopus with potatoes, garlic aioli & brava sauce, alongside a Belle Glos Balade Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills.

For our second course, our sustainable Halibut is blackened and served over our dirty rice & topped with a flavorful Shrimp etouffe sauce. Étouffé, French for a popular cajun or creole technique of cooking, meaning “to smother.” This course is paired with Mouton Cadet, Rothschild Bordeaux Blend.

This two-course tasting is only $60 (a $75 value) with seatings beginning at 5:30pm. Wine representatives will be on hand answering questions, along with our talented chefs.
