Get started with Patatas Brava a popular tapas from Spain consisting of crispy potatoes, brava tomato sauce and garlic aioli. Includes a glass of medium-bodied Marques de Riscal, Verdejo, Rueda, Spain – aromas and flavours of yellow flowers, citrus, fennel, with mineral and pear notes. The main course is Seafood Paella Valenciana prepared with Spanish chorizo, clams, mussels, shrimp and chicken atop arborio rice with saffron, petite peas and red piquillo peppers. This course is paired with Don Miguel Malbec, Argentina that opens with intense aromas of blackberry, plum and a hint of mocha. Dark fruit flavors intertwine with notes of spice, licorice and chocolate to create a magnificent, full-bodied Malbec.
